We ask that you wear elegant, sporty clothing in all public areas such as restaurants, bars, terraces, lobbies, etc., as well as festive evening wear on Christmas Eve, Christmas and New Year's Eve.

DOGS
We only accept small dogs after prior notification and with their own dog basket or blanket. We charge €25.00 per dog for the first 2 days; each additional day €8.00, food not included. Dogs are only allowed in the outbuildings. We would like to kindly point out that one dog per double room is allowed to live in the Birkenhof or Maximilian house category. Please note that we reserve the right to charge for final cleaning. Dogs are not allowed in our wellness spa, on the sunbathing lawn, in the restaurant, in the wellness garden, at the indoor pool, at the indoor pool, at the outdoor pool, whirlpool and sauna area.

Cancellations or early departure
If no other cancellation arrangements have been made, you can cancel your booking free of charge up to 14 days before arrival.
From 13 days before arrival we charge 80% of the booking amount. In the event of early departure, we will charge the entire booking amount.

4 course evening meal with choices and cheese board.
Evening menu that changes over the course of the week as part of our culinary program with seasonal focuses, such as candlelight dinner, buffet with grilled specialties, themed buffet or specialty menu at the weekend
